I see several threads but no solutions. My game like apparently everyone elses is constantly crashing due to a direct X issue and is utterly unplayable. I saw a dev ask for specs, but that thread was dead so I wanted to post mine here. Please help.
Myself like everybody else running this game is getting this crash. I switched from Ful screen mode to bordless windowed mode and that seems to have fixe the dx crash for me. I do get a severe degradation in performance after thirty minutes of game play. Whether this is due to the fact im essentially running the game in window, I do not know. In any case, try changing to bordless windowed mode - you can do this in game throug the options/display menu i believe - and see if it abrogates the incessant dx crash bug.
