I can't totally be sure, but this actually solved the problem for me 😕mileyhappy:
I have tried many of the things you probably also have, but after some time working around stuff I remembered something I discovered in another game on Steam.
If you disable the Origin overlay in the game, you won't get the error.
As I said, I'm not sure it will help you all, but I hope it would solve it for some of you, like it did for me. 😕mileyhappy:
Quick guide:
Open Origin, right click on the game, game setting, disable Origin in this game. It's as simple as that.
