Having issues with Dragon Age Keep. My games have not been importing previous world state. When I go to Dragon Age Keep I have my Xbox Series X linked to to it, but there's also a PC account linked to it (not sure if I linked it or not). Just wondering if this would be causing the issues with importing the previous world state & is there a way to delete the PC linked to Dragon Age Keep? TIA

The PC one is most likely your EA ID. If you log in to EA.com and go to Connections, you should see your Xbox and your EA ID. You cannot remove the EA ID, as that is your EA account persona name. If this isn't yours and you didn't create it, your Xbox and EA account may not be linked correctly.
After logging in, if you see the info isn't correct, I would contact support so they can secure the account.
For the initial answer, no. The only way that would interfere with the keep is if someone went in, made changes, and saved the world state. Since actual saves aren't saved to the keep, I would personally go into the keep, make the choices you want, and then save it as a new world state. Once you save, upload, etc., when you start a new character, and import, it should just import what you just created.
