I just buy the game today and i can not even play with it.every time a click play it starts and hungs,.wtf............it says direct x eror blah blah..

Hey, you can bypass that by deleting your autosave in Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age: Inquisition/Save
It won't fix the crash completely but should let you into the game since this error also corrupts save files which seems to be the case here.
