Direct X Function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" crash?

I got the samething. Not sure what Bioware is doing. People say on the forums that they are fixing it but we have yet to get any new information "officially" from anyone at Bioware from what i hear

I got this similar problem.

It happens on random cutscenes and sometimes when I try to explore a world. I hope there will be a permanent solution soon.
