I installed the game opened it and before I even played it once I tried to see if I could turn up video setting one notch. I required a restart and now can't start the game, get a DirectX error. Tried reinstalling the game, reinstalling DirectX. No luck. Ideas?
My game was playing fine until the patch. Never had an issue. Now I can't play at all. Whenever I start the game I get this error:

And it crashes to desktop. I can't even get in to mod the settings. When I try the 'work around' that was given yesterday, I get the same results no matter what <quality> I put in the command line. Help!!
I installed it on my older laptop today and can play it there, but not on my desktop where I had been from day 1. Also, my Inquisitor now looks 95 years old. ☹️
