DirectX error when Alt+Tab'ing
So I've been trying to pick up DA:I again which worked fine for me in the past. Unfortunately I'm getting constant DirectX errors which crash the game. Whenever I try to change to Window or Borderles...

did a system file checker and everything was fine, do i still need to reinstall the game?
@iMyinx If you have not done that already your could try reinstalling the game indeed. Should the issue remain you may need to contact an Advisor for more in depth troubleshooting.
Alright, did a complete reinstall of the game, still getting the error. Guess I'll try contacting an Advisor then.

Is the live support only available during certain times of the day? I've been trying to get in contact with an advisor over chat/phone the last couple days, without success tho. Im from Austria btw. (Idk if that info is important)
