DirectX error when Alt+Tab'ing
So I've been trying to pick up DA:I again which worked fine for me in the past. Unfortunately I'm getting constant DirectX errors which crash the game. Whenever I try to change to Window or Borderles...

Is the live support only available during certain times of the day? I've been trying to get in contact with an advisor over chat/phone the last couple days, without success tho. Im from Austria btw. (Idk if that info is important)
@iMyinx Yes they are, and it varies depending on which country you're trying to contact. It doesn't look like Austria is an option on the country menu (unless my eyes aren't seeing it, which is very, very possible), it may be defaulting you to the US, you may want to try the UK instead, I imagine they'd be closer to you, time-wise (you also can't call the US, they only have an option to call you back, and it's only available to people in North America). You can select the country you want to contact from the menu in the upper right corner of the contact page. Not all contact options are available in all countries, though if you do choose the UK they have both live chat and phone options (if you need to call, you can use a VOIP program such as Skype to make the call, it should be cheaper than making an international call from a landline or mobile).
