I can finally play ! I'm waiting for the patch, because it's not fluid, but it's nearly acceptable (and no it's not my PC, it's exactly the same on low and on ultra). I don't really know what was the problem, I tried to close everything, every Chrome process from the task manager, close Skype, and I can play. Try to use MSI Afterburner too to lock your Clock GPU at his factory frequency. Ah, and keep your AO off.
There's still a need of patch, even with this solution it rams, but I can play...
What did you change that you were able to play, slow as it is?
I have installed MSI Afterburner, and put -139 on my Core Clock (because I have a Gygabite GTX 970, so it's factory OC, and I have slowed it down to his original frequency). Then I have closed every Google Chrome Process in the Task Manager (if you use Firefox or IE, do the same for these navigators). I have closed Skype, and I turned Origin in offline mode.
I've read there's something with the navigator you're using, and visibly it might be this.
