DirectX function GetDeviceRemovedReason failed with dxgi_error_device_hung

hi. I got game crushed all the time with this directx report and a driver message.

gpu asus hd 7770

Display Driver ver. 14.301.1001

what i've tried:

-checked graphicdriver

-checked windows-updates

-checked directX ( Sooooo many times )

-did a "Repair Game" in Origin

-reinstalled my graphicdriver

-used older versions of directX and of my graphicdriver

-changed graphics setup in game from high to low many times

-run game in "windowed" full screen

-checked temperature etc... of my pc

-started the game so many times with programms in the background/ without programms...

SO WHAT? NOTHING CHANGED!

everytime i see cutscene before it ends, the game crashes. but if i skip the cutscene - i play for like 10 minutes - and the game crashes without any error!
