- Look under "C:\WINDOWS\LiveKernelReports\WATCHDOG\"
- There should be some "WATCHDOG-XXXXXXX-XXX.dmp" files.
- Zip 2 or 3 of them together and load them up at a free file hosting provider. (For example OneDrive or Dropbox)
- Post the link here.
Then:
- Hit Windows key and X.
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” or "Windows Terminal (Administrator)", whichever option is offered.
- Inside the PowerShell or CMD, enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
- If errors are found, notify us. If no errors were found reaped steps 1 & 2.
- Inside the PowerShell or CMD, enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here.
- After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key and X again.
- Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command Prompt (Administrator)”
- Inside the PowerShell or CMD, enter “sfc /scannow” without quotes. >ENTER.
- Post the message you receive at the end of the processes here.

I don't see this error for the first time, but it is always very hard to pinpoint the actual problem.
Too little virtual memory or not by Windows managed virtual memory can be the culprit, also problems within the operating system are possible as well as problems inside the graphic system.
A Windows in place upgrade (Repair installation) might help, but I can't guarantee it.

Yes it seems to be a very elusive problem.
I appreciate your effort.
