Directx issue when I try to install Dragon age 2

Hello Can I run Dragon Age 2 on NVIDIA gtx770m with Windows 10 and Directx 12? Actualy I got a Directx issue when I try to install Dragon age 2 Thanks for any help

@Al-Qawiyy That system should run the game, yes.

I think @Precursor85's steps will help, but if the issue persists, can you try restarting Origin as an administrator and try the reinstall again?

I just try to install by hand the directx but the problem is not there

And I try to reinstall Origin as Adminstrator but when i launch the game I got the same error then before

Well your Directx is out of date so lets get the updated version from Microsoft Here.
After that installs go Here to get the 2013 virtual studio redistributable as that cold be a factor as well.
After that if the program fails to start try running in compatibility mode by right clicking the .exe for Dragon Age go to Properties then Compatibility tab run the troubleshooter and see if it works.
