You can't. I've aleady tried. And unless they (Bioware) allow Developer Console commands, or .ini files, a software tool kit/set, or some other work around the key cannot be rebound. I know it's annoying as hell when your trying to pause the game at a critical moment, and hit ~ get a bunch of text on the left side of your screen, blocks your view, and the game is still not paused..........
This console, if I am not mistaken, is the same console as in other Frostbite engine games, yeah? No way to disable it or rebind it there? And yeah, basically, what I was hoping for was someone to be like "Hey, dumbface, the .ini file is over here." Sigh...but I guess only hackers use .ini files, right?

no .cfg files, no .ini files, no way to open the "profile" files in save folder without frosbyte dev sofware.
no way to rebind the key. period.
