Disable/Rebind console from ~ to something else

I can't seem to find a way to rebind the key you use to bring up the (completely worthless) console no can I seem to find a way to rebind the key. I use this key for other things, and I am loathe to ...

This console, if I am not mistaken, is the same console as in other Frostbite engine games, yeah? No way to disable it or rebind it there? And yeah, basically, what I was hoping for was someone to be like "Hey, dumbface, the .ini file is over here." Sigh...but I guess only hackers use .ini files, right?
