Disabling aero when launching the game
So unless I disable aero themes the game lags for me at the graphic settings on which I want to play them. I was wondering whether there was any way where windows could disable the aero theme everyti...

Try this:
Right click my computer ---> Advanced System Settings ---> Advanced Tab ---> Performance ---> Visual Effects tab ---> Tick "Adjust for best performance " and click Apply. Try, if wont help then put again ----> Adjust for best appearance

Clearly that is not what he wants to do.
On windows 7 you can do that, but you need to apply the settings under the compatibilities tab of shortcut (it should not be grayed out than, it's called "disable desktop composition").
On Windows 8, I'm afraid I don't see that option at all!
On WIN8 it is tied to the Start screen, and you need a process killer.

Programs like "Game Booster" that disable un-needed processes while in-game might do that though. As well as increase the game speed if that is what you are looking for.
