Anyone else with the same problem? I open the game, then the save, and get to play like 2-3 minutes then the screen freezes and the "display driver windows kerneld mode driver, version 344.75 stopped responding and was recovered" message pops up. I have no choice but to force-close the game. This was no problem until yesterday, when I downloaded the NVIDIA update. What am I supposed to do? I've tried re-installing and update all my drivers, but the problem still occurs. I play on high, and I've been doing that for the first 10 hours of the game without any complications. Why now suddenly? I'm having the same issue. It's really irritating. I even tried updating to the beta version of catalyst and have the same problem. Hope somebody finds a fix for it since it makes the game pretty much unplayable now.

I should mention that I'm actually using an AMD raedon card, but essentially having the same problem. The game locks up and I get a pop-up notification that the display driver has stopped responding and has recovered. Have to close out of the game completely and start it again. I can't play more than 10 minutes or so before it happens again. I suppose I should create my own thread.

People who are affect, if you overclocked your GPU, can you try running the game without overclock and see ifi t helps or not?

So is their any solution to this problem. I played the entire prologue without issue and got to the point after the first war map bit in Haven. Then today I started playing and I can't get more than 10 minute in without this popping up and forcing me to shut down the game. I am not overcloaking my GPU or at least I shouldn't be and changing the graphic settings hasn't helped.

Hardware errors
Overheating
Power supply
Bad drivers
Driver Conflicts
Overclocking
Incorrect voltages
Ram problem/faulty, incorrect timings/voltages

How about....the game engine? 🙂 Since only this and BF4 manifest like this.. What do they have in common? Why, crashbite 3 engine ofc...-_-

Probably more likely that the engine stresses the components more, which causes weak/faulty/cheaper components to fail, if you have factory overclocked GPUS or are overclocking in general. Try downclocking the GPU core and memoryclock (even if these are so called "factory verified overclocks").
I've logged 145 hours in DAI and haven't had a single TDR crash yet with 344.75 drivers. If it was the engine I think I'd be getting TDR too.

There is no need to say more.. all of us who are constantly saying about this problem don't have anything better to do rather than post here that their game doesn't work properly...
I am glad that it works out for you! Really am. But trust me when I am saying I don't "have the average PC" . In fact it has been stress test over and over again. and NO OTHER APPLICATION / GAME is doing this.... (Oh except BF4...) Don't tell me about stressing computer parts.. You don't really know the definition of that :P 🙂))
Problem is the engine is busted....and they need to fix it...(Although between you and me...I don't see this happening...)
