@gubarnig Please include a dxdiag, we can't really help if we don't know what we're dealing with. 😉 You can find instructions in the spoiler tag of this sticky. 🙂
Here it is dxdiag
@gubarnig I don't suppose you know the exact model of your video card? Radeon are a pain, they put the series but not the specific model in dxdiag, and it may be useful to know whether you have a 7850 or a 7870.
Have you tried anything to fix your problem? Changing (lowering) graphics settings, repairing the game (right click the game in Origin, select 'repair game') etc? Are you using any mods (not that they're likely to cause this problem, but still something to rule out)? Is the game set to use DirectX 11 or Mantle (only available with AMD cards)?
Asus HD7870-DC2-2GD5-V2 is the video card. I tried to use DirectX 11 or Mantleand again the same. I turned off everything that is possible in the video settings andand put on low settings and again the same.I think the problem comes from drivers video card and any incompatibility with the game. I dont have any mod. I was thinking whether to install a clean version of the game without any updates.
@gubarnig Thanks, just had to check your video card met minimum requirements (which it does).
Did you do a repair? Less of a download than reinstalling the whole thing.
You can also check your Radeon settings for the game, some people have been having issues lately which seem to be improved by turning the shader cache off for the game. To check this, open Radeon settings, go to Gaming, choose Dragon Age Inquisition, and try turning Shader Cache to off, see if that improves anything. That's just something easy to check before reinstalling.
Speaking of your video card, did you do a clean install when you updated your drivers the other day? Worth a try if you didn't. Fred's post at the bottom of this sticky should explain it (it doesn't matter which version of Windows you have).
Also, you don't want to install the game without updates (patches), you'll be left with a glitchy mess (my first playthrough, before patches, had many NPCs mistaking the gender of my character, among other fun bugs) missing some features. Also, if you have any DLCs, not installing the patches could be problematic (and if you have Trespasser, you're likely to get crashes due to the bugs which made an extra patch necessary).
So those are some things to try before uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Would suck to go through the whole reinstall process and find you still have the same problem. 😉

Fortunately, their current gen of GPUs is properly displayed in the dxdiag now, so this should become a bit easier in the future.
