DLC missing PS3
Good day,
I was speaking with EA helpdesk today, and they told me to come here regarding the last two DLCs missing for the product mentioned. They were unable to provide a code to assist in the issue.
Essentially what occured is my DLC for the PS3 disappeared for some reason; and after speaking with EA help desk and sony help desk they provided me codes for all but two that they could not find.
Ref number for my Convo was 05987541
The two they could not provide codes for and told me to come here for were Witch Hunt and The Golems of Amgarrak
Hi vashankavalrus,
From the XMB, under the game disc icon should be an additional content icon. Selecting that will open another menu which lists each DLC. Select the ones you want and it will install to the PS3 hard drive. When done, go back and select the game disc icon to start the game - the add-on content should now be available.
