Sounds like a corrupted file or partial download.
Either delete and redownload or if their is a repair function use that.
Done that, repaired via Origin repair function. Did nothing.

Click the link at the bottowm of the page is a big star with a ck mark, saying registered game content, click it, and then you should sign in with your Origin ID to the new page. IT should bring up a list of all your ME, DAO, DA2 DLC that you can have in your games. Find the one that is giving you issues and see if you can't dl it manually and have it install.
