    Short answer:

Once you've re-installed the game using EA/Origin, you have to go to your "Player Entitlements" page on the BSN and re-download/re-install a bunch of the DLC.  This includes about half of the "game-play" ones, and a whole lot of the "bonus items".  😕mileysad:

    Longer answer:

⚽  Log-on to the BioWare Social Network (BSN) with your EA account (the one you used to register the game.)

🏈  Choose "My Games -> Your Registered Game Content" from the left-side menu.

(Or go straight to your Player Entitlement Page, if you've logged-on there in the past and selected "Remember Me".)

🏀  Scroll down and find the ones you're missing.

    (4) Choose "More Info - PC" (or "Mac") and follow the on-screen instructions.

I've posted a more detailed set of instructions here on the AHQ, (with screenshots even) but I can't find the link atm.

[Edit:  Found the link to my post with the same info, with screenshots!
