My DLC wont install. Have renewed licences and no joy. PS4 system just says waiting to install. Perhaps region problem ?

@DarkAmaranth1966 is correct, this is how Playstation operates. The base game, game saves and as well as DLCs must originate from the same store region for the Playstation to recognize them. Check the official Playstation support forum for more info about that.

You mention the region. Is your game disk from a different region than the PSN store you bought the DLC from?
The only two solutions I know are to get a refund and buy the DLC for the region your ACCOUNT is from or, create an account for the region the DLC is from and use that to download and install the DLC. it should then work on your main account, it just won't download and install unless it's form the same region as your account. The game and content are not region locked but, downloading and installing is.
