  • @Hyptech Basic questions first, you purchased the DLCs but did you install them? Are you playing the game while signed in to both Origin and the game? You have to play while logged in after installing new DLC so it can authenticate before you can use it.

It's possible the current server issues could be impacting authentication, not sure.

Could your anti malware software or a firewall be preventing the game from contacting the internet at all?

What is the Origin error report showing? You lost me a bit with that one, sorry.

  • I have them installed (green checkmark + installed)

I have the main game since 2016 and i got the majority of the dlc in 2018 (so i had the game reinstalled like 4-5 times)

I have the ports mentioned in the links open

I am not logged in to dragon age keep since it is mostly for multiplayer wich i dont care about.

I only mentioned the origin error report if someone need the case id

@Hyptech Just a note, logging in is *not* primarily for multiplayer, much of your single player content needs you to play logged in so it can authenticate. It also allows you to use the Golden Nug & import world states (those latter two are an issue at the moment due to server problems, but hopefully that will be solved soon).

@EA_Ataashi  posted today that the studio (BioWare) fixed the problem(s?) with the Keep over the weekend.  So try again and let us know.
