Sorry for the late response. Have you checked the solutions listed in the sticky [SOLUTIONS] UNAUTHORIZED DLC or MISSING DLC?
Let us know if you still have problems with the DLCs.
The situation did get resolved and I think I went through troubleshooting procedures from a similar link. Thanks.
