Same. The game seemed to acknowledge the bug once I triggered his second dialogue, but the answers were different than in a video someone had posted before.
Okay, I think I figured it out on my end (at least partially). I encouraged Dorian to go and fix Tevinter, so he went back instead of staying. Still don't see why he wouldn't acknowledge we were lovers, so if this is still a bug please let me know.
