Dorian romance bug?

I just did Dorian's quest where you go to the tavern and then romanced him afterward and when I speak to him and pick the option 'Lets spend time together' I got some witty comment from him, the screen fades to black for a second and then I'm still stood there. Several people have said I should be getting a cutscene for this dialogue option but I don't. Does Dorian simply not have a 'Lets spend time together' cutscene? Or is this some kind of bug? I get one if I ask him for a kiss. D:
