Download the Toolset with Origin

I have the Ultimate Edition of Dragon Age: Origins and I would like to download the toolset. I can not download it unless I have a registered version of the game however. When I try to register my Origin copy on the Bioware site the CD key doesn't work. How can I register the game? Is there another way to get the toolset?

Trying with the Bioware site is useless, its buggy and outdated. I tried to install the Toolkit onto my new PC from there quite recently and I just couldn't get it to work. I eventually got my Toolkit from a file downloading site (made sure to scan it using my Antivirus afterwards) and it worked perfectly fine!
