"Downloadable Content is Missing"

Whenever I try to load a save file past the starting area of the DA:I, I get the following message:

"Unable to load save data as required downloadable content is missing. Please download the content again.

Dragon Age: Inquisition - Jaws of Hakkon

Dragon Age: Inquisition - The Descent

Dragon Age: Inquisition - Trespasser

The Black Emporium

Spoils of the Avvar

Dragon Age: Inquisition - Spoils of the Qunari"

In Origin in the game's properties section all these DLCs are marked as installed

I've tried reinstalling the game and DLCs but it does the same thing

How do I fix it?

Well,in EA beta there is no DAI GOTY or DAI itself so I can't find any solution for this problem. I have re-installed 4 times,I was using DAI mod manager I disable it merge it bla bla bla... I tried everything now but can't find any solution. I buyed EA Play for this and I can't play it and it expires at 25 april or something. I m going crazy on this,I contacted with EA help they said installed again but that didn't work either.
