Downloaded Dragon Age Inquisition [PC] Crashes on Launch

Your machine doesn't have a graphics card from one of the big graphic card designers...ie AMD or Nvidia. Intel graphics "chipsets" work mainly for business processing and web surfing. It is true that Intel has put in some effort to make their crap work on some games, but honestly, buy a decent graphics card for your machine or buy/build a PC for gaming. To be honest, your Dell, is an ok machine for basic home and business use, and light gaming, and DA;I isn't light gaming, even though it is a bit old, when it came out it stressed hardware that was higher end when it came out. Your hardware would have been listed as midline 3 years ago, at best......If you are serious about gaming on PC, then look at either buying a purpose built gaming PC or learn to build one(it isn't that hard, I am a redneck USA, Southern boy Auto Mechanic, and I have built them for the last 17 years) yourself. Think to invest between one and two thousand dollars for a good gaming PC if you are starting from scratch, but you could do slightly less if you are very careful and don't get higher end hardware.
