Downloaded Dragon Age Origins Through EA Access. Won't Launch?

I signed up with EA Access so I could play Dragon Age 1 and 2 since I loved Inquisition, but once I tried to actually open the game to play it says I'm missing some program (PhysX or something like that) and then I get an "Invalid License Error Message". I've tried doing a normal reboot, I've redownloaded the game twice, and contacted EA support who told me to a clean boot. All to no avail, anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it? Thanks ahead of time. 🙂
