Dragon Age - Awakening: Can not recruit Justice

Hello

I have been playing Dragon Age: Awakening, this is my second time playing it. After being teleported back from the Fade in Blackmarsh, Justice just stands there, doesnt say a thing. If I click him he just says "we should look for the baronness..." When I go to the place where the baronness fight will be at, she is there and clickable, but when I click her, the little cutscene plays, the one before you get teleported back to Blackmarsh ("Fool, why didnt you kill them" etc). OK, reload, again. And again. After clicking her a few more times, the screen loaded and then she was gone without a fight, and Justice became unclickable...

Any suggestions?
