Dragon age 2 activation code

Hi i just recently bought a copy of dragon age 2 from eb games, and the installer is asking me for an activation code and the only codes i found were one the back of bthe manual and the black emporium DLC code on a card in the case but both are 16 characters long and the installer will not accept either code.

i tried redeeming both codes with origin and origin accepted the codes but i still can't install the game, any help would be appreciated as i bought this from the next town over and there is no eb games in my town
