Cannot use mark while kill the Saarath

Hello, I met SERIOUS BUG while playing DAI Trespasser DLC on PC.

As see attached picture, I tried kill Saarath almost but I COULDN'T USE 'MARK', so I cant kill him.

I did everything I can do such as load and try, exit game and load and try..

but I couldn't go next step in every moment which kill Saarath using mark.

Only I can basic attack when click right mouse button (basically using MARK button)

WHY I CAN NOT USE 'MARK' !!?

I guess it because of my Korean character name.

For years ago, I used unauthorized Korean language patch and My character name is '훈마로' written by Korean. it saved DA Keep cloud.

I reinstall DAI on new PC lwithout any unauthorized patch and DA Keep cloud loaded my data with Korean name character.

After reinstalling, my character name displayed ▥▥▥, but I play the game without any bug.

Anyone have experienced bug cannot use mark?

How can I changed character name?

Please Help me to enjoy game.
