Dragon age 2 crash and lag
I am playing all the Dragon Age games and DLC's, i finished with Origins and all his DLC's. When first starting DA2 everything runned smoothly on very high settings. I played the prologue until after the character creation just outside Lothering the game randomly crashed. I searched some solutions and one of them was updating AMD drivers, so i did by right-clicking on my home screen: Radeon settings and searching for updates. I installed the optional update 19.12.3.
I launched the game after the updates and the game lagged very much, even on the title screen - main menu. I tried if the game would crash and it did. Now sometimes when the game crashes my PC is blocking and i have to shut down my PC by pressing the starting button for 10 sec or cutting the power.
Other things that i tried to solve this problem is lowering quality, trying other screen resolutions, switch to DirectX9 in the options screen, trying to play the game in compatibility mode windows 7 and windows XP. None of them worked
Anyone knows how to solve this? Normally my PC is good enough to play recent games on High settings so that cannot be the problem
