Dragon Age 2 Invalid License Error On Launch

I wanted to post this to see if anyone could help me. I am trying to run Dragon Age 2 on my Windows 10 and every time I run it I get the problem "Invalid license. Reason code= MISSING DLL d3dx11_43.d...

    @Partyzan7 

    It seams Windows is not reading the files as it should.

    Follow the guide on this Video and test afterwards. (Not BF3 but the DA folder of course.)

Thanks, finally someone helped me. Now I can play DA2
