Dragon age 2 not loading in full screen
I logged in today and it showed an error and would not load in full screen, I updated drivers and re installed the game but it still won't load in full screen.

The game itself has "Full screen selected" but it stays windowed.
The Error I got (once, it showed up the first time but not any other time)
"A program running in the background is preventing Dragon Age II from being in ful screen"
