Dragon Age 2 Save Not Exporting (PS3 > PS4)

My copy of Dragon Age II is refusing to save and upload to the server.  I've gone to the Black Emporium and entered the save menu, yet both pushing and holding down the L2 button does nothing.  I've tried highlighting New Save, highlighting pre-existing save files, I've tried pushing and holding down other buttons, and hitting and holding down L2 in tandem with pressing X.

So far all I've managed to do is end up with several save files, and when I checked Inquisition it said there were no files on the server, so it's not exporting without telling me.

DAII - PS3 (Version 1.05)

DA:I - PS4 (Version 1.11)

I know I could just use The Keep, but on the PS4 browser that's a bit of a pain, plus going through and making sure that everything is accurate to my play through, and not having my custom Hawke character is also frustrating (this is my first play through since Bioware introduced the cross-system save set up).

If anyone else has encountered this problem, or has any solutions the that would be great, most other sites just have people complaining about how the PS3 and 360 only got 1 of the 3 DLCs, so no help.
