Dragon Age 2 Signature Edition PS3. Bought new sealed game. Extra content?

Just bought this.

The 12 digit code for the Signature Edition is accepted on the ps3 store but then when trying to download it,  I get the following message:

" The code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid

Please check your entry. "

There is no expiry date on the code and when entering the code on the ps3 store.i get the tick icon next to it.

Playstation Support told me to contact Bioware via their website. Bioware's website told me to contact EA.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
