Dragon Age: Awakening and Witch hunt crash to desktop

Question

As the title says, I recently finished my playthrough of Origins so I was headed into Awakening.&nbsp;

However, whenever I select it through Other Campaigns, the loading screen lasts for 2 seconds and I get a crash to desktop. Same thing when I select Witch Hunt, but Darkspawn chronicles and Leliana's Song work without problems.&nbsp;

I've looked this up and have tried the popular bug fixes, like the 4gb patch, setting the affinity to one core, setting the graphics on low, repairing the game, uninstalling all mods, but nothing works for this specifically. Loading my Origins saves and starting new campaigns all work, it's just Awakening and Witch Hunt that instantly crash.&nbsp;

Anyone have any idea where to go from there?&nbsp;

Please preform a clean boot and test the Game in clean boot mode.

In clean boot:- Make sure the "EABackgroundService" remains enabled under point 3 in the guide.- Make sure your virus scanner and other security software and also Afterburner and similar software is disabled.- Make sure only your Mouse and keyboard are connected to the PC
