Dragon Age: Awakening download error forever

Hi all, honestly I am really tired searching any solution, chatting with EA dudes etc. I have bought DAO and DAO Awakening a long time ago. For a personal reasons I didn't login into Origin for a while. A few days ago I decided to play DAO again and... surprise, it won't install. I must explain something, DAO is installing and running normally, but not Awakening add-on. They removed it from my library, it was an independent game before and was working fine, but it is just official DLC under DAO now. I am fine with it, doesn't matter if it works, right? But it doesn't. I am sick of identical explanations from EA helpers. I understand, they are trying to do they best... but they can't. So my question is what is going on? Why I bought a game for my money and can't play it? Why Awakening add-on does not even download with ERROR message forever? I have tried everything, I mean everything to solve it... tried to install it on different machines... so is it time go for torrents may be? Cuz they have no any difficulties there. Any help? Pls. http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=357m3jb&s=8#.VDaVXfmsXW4 Screenshot with error

If it's not working on other machines, that implies that it's an account issue rather than local. During your talks with support, at any point was your Awakening removed and re-added to Origin?

If you check the BSN DLC page, is there an Awakening option there?

Yes, I can see "Click here to remove registration", also I can see Awakening in my game list there on social site. It has been registered everywhere, in Origin, on social site... actually for testing purposes the supporter I was chatting with (one of them) gave me the new code for Awakening, I registered my Awakening DLC again in Origin and got "new" stick on it, but nothing happens.

There could be something up with your origin client install itself, try reinstalling that. You can do so without removing all your existing Origin games.

I have reinstalled Origin like 5 times with deleting all Origin folders from AppData/Roaming/ProgramData etc... I have tried clean boot too... And as I said I have installed Origin on two different machines with other programs and systems, clean installation, there are was no any Origin installed before. Oh and btw I have reinstalled my Windows today, funny but same error. I don't even know what to do, really tired.

Edit: and why Awakening exactly? Why not other DLCs? Wanders Keep, Return to Ostagar... all cool, with another games no problems too, but Awakening. It happened exactly with that migration under DAO. May be this is it? All was fine and someone decided to move it there... nice.

It really sounds like something is broken on the account end. Try contacting support, hopefully if they remove and re-add your Awakenings entitlement the issue will be resolved

Alright so I contacted with chat support a few minutes ago, they said this:

"I would like to inform you that we are not authorized to investigate this kind of issue so I need to escalate your case to our concern specialist team to get it resolve as soon as possible. Our specialist team will contact you via email as soon as the issue will get resloved."

Well thx a lot, hope this case won't be closed for no reason asap because a heard that words before and a few hours later my case has been closed like "Resolved"  /o/ really strange issue. We need some Batman here for punishments. :DD

Sorry, Warner Brothers have the Batman license. Our internal vigilante justice is doled out by Commander Shepard and/or Generic Battlefield Soldier Guy.

As for your issue, please let us know if it gets improperly "resolved".

Alright they fixed it today, no messages on my e-mail though... I decided check by myself. No more errors for Awakening, download and installation completed... I thought so. But I am not happy, because I have another issue (duh). "Registration error, there is something with your instalaation" something like that. I have already tried this solution http://answers.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-Origins/Been-playing-DA-O-fine-for-months-today-i-get-the-message-quot/m-p/2796190#M6671

But nope. Okay, this is another looong story I can smell it. Thx anyway, appreciate it.
