Dragon Age Awakening; Lost Product Key

Greetings,

I seem to have found myself in a unpleasant situation concerning my Dragon Age: Awakening product key. Long story short; I have lost the Dragon Age: Awakening booklet and thus have no way to recover it. However, on my account on social.bioware.com, I have the game registered with that specific key. Yet, I find no way of access to it. I already know of Origin, having the product keys saved, but, appearantly the account status on social.bioware.com and on Origin are different and I do not have Dragon Age: Awakening registered on Origin. Is there any way I could be informed of my product key through the social.bioware.com site?

    Fer the luva'gawd, read any one of the dozens of topics already posted here about "lost key".

    Yes, you can get the game authorized to your account again without having to (re-)purchase it.

    No, you can't obtain the key directly.  Only the EA Game Advisors can "look under the covers" at your account and determine your authorization.  Contact them using the Help Center (link in the top-right of every page.)

    Thank you for your time and sorry for making such an ignorant question but most topics I came across concerning product keys were solved with the Origin program and unfortunately found no other similar case to mine.

    The solution is still the same:

    "Only the EA Game Advisors can 'look under the covers' at your account and determine your authorization. 

    Contact them using the Help Center (link in the top-right of every page.)"
