Dragon Age Double Vision

At first, Dragon Age: Inquisition crashed at the loading screen when starting up. This time, it started up but it seems the characters in the title screen seem to be in double vision, everything is pulsing, and the buttons you click at the title screen, aren't visible. Does anyone know what is happening? Do I need to take a screenshot?

Even the EA Bioware at the beginning, is pulsing and, when I said the characters, I meant the people walking in a line in the title screen seem like you are going cross-eyed and looking at them. Any suggestions?

I think a screenshot would indeed be helpful.

If you have an Nvidia Geforce GPU, make sure Nvidia 3D vision is disabled (Ctrl + T).

For some reason, I can't get back to the title screen. Sometimes, it quits and shows two DirectX errors, and the other time, it just plays the music of the title screen and everything, but all I see is a black screen. I hope that helps ☹️

Even going into windowed mode doesn't change the black screen. Hmmm.

Your system.
Please include the system that you're on, and if you're on a PC please post a DxDiag on hastebin.com as highlighted in the spoiler below.

1. Press and hold the Windows key and the letter R on your keyboard
2. You will see a Run box in the lower-left corner of your screen
3. Type dxdiag in the text field
4. Click OK
5. If your computer has a 64-bit version of Windows, click the button Run 64-bit DXDIAG (see screenshot below)
6. If your computer has a 32-bit version of Windows, that button will not be available7. Click the Save All Information button, found on the bottom of the DXDIAG report
8. Save this text file to your Desktop if possible
9. Open the text file, select all the text inside (Ctrl + A) and copy it (Ctrl +C).
10. Go to http://hastebin.com/, paste the contents of your DXDiag inside (Ctrl+V) and click Save on the webpage (Ctrl+S).
11. Copy the link of the page in your post, along with a precise description of your issue.

Well, for some reason, I used to get two error messages but somehow got one of them to not come back so I'll just send the one that hasn't disappeared:
DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG ("The application's device failed due to badly formed commands sent by the application. GUH That was a small pain to write XD
