The games save to "C:\Users\<Your User Name>\Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age\Characters" respectively "C:\Users\<Your User Name>\Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age 2\Characters" and "C:\Users\<Your User Name>\Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save\"
it is unlikely that the saves of all 3 games are deleted by an error in EA app, a problem on your system is more likely.
Look if the saves are still present on your hard drive.
I have checked the files and while the correct folders are present, they are empty. I have had issues with EA before with Origins only, where characters would get randomly deleted for no reason, but I also had issues with Origins liking to crash on me after probably a half hour of trying to play, I just went with its an older game and newer computer, but its strange that all of a sudden every single character and save I have had on all 3 games would just disappear. I have no new applications on my computer, I have no new anything on my computer from the last time I played any of the DA games to now. To my knowledge nothing on my computer has changed, but I have no saves on my hard drive for any of the games.
