Dragon Age II Blood Dragon Armor
I just created a case a few days ago.
Earlier today, I was chatting with several, yes several, assistants via email. They kept turning the tables on my case, and eventually, they redirected me back to the EA help forums.
And when I got back to the forums, I had to resume my case. I was going to choose another support option. This time, my support option I chose was an online chat.
However, when the page had finished loading, there was a text saying "sorry, no channels are available".
Can someone explain what the meaning of this is?

@TomStridon24 Hey, it has been taken care of on our end. Please log in and test it out.
If you don't see it, please go through my games and apps and make sure there are no updates.
Uninstall it and reinstall it and make sure you are logged into the game itself.
