Dragon Age II keeps freezing cut scene quests "Faith" at viscount keep

Hello, the sequence keeps freezing in a loading  screen. found a couple of forum posts, up to almost a year old. so it seems you guys aren't bothering with it at all. very bad. its really frustr...

When you see the  "Loading..." on the bottom of the screen just press the ESC key to skip that section of the cut scene - should progress just fine after that.

thanks for trying but no, it doesn't help with the esc-key
