Dragon Age II will not lauch/load after crashing

Dragon Age 2 loaded this morning just fine, crashed shortly after and gave an error code of EC:10608. So I waited about 20 minutes to reload the game. Now it will not lauch/load at all. I have tried everything from clearing the ea app cache, turning off the overlay, to uninstalling EVERYTHING and reinstalling. When I try to launch DA2 it acts like it is going to load, the launch icon pops up on screen then nothing happens. It just disappears and the EA app pops back up on screen, without any error codes to go off of Anyone able to help at all?

This is seriously beyond infuriating, especially aftert all the bs I went through with getting DA:O to run and getting ZERO help from EA support. I got blown off by support telling me "you bought the EA play from steam, go ask them for help". However Steam won't even let you put in a support ticket because "Unfortunately, Steam Support cannot provide the best assistance with games made by other companies." and then nothing when i try to put in a support ticket...

    Repair the game.

(EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)

If that don't works please add a DxDiag to your next reply.

A DxDiag is an overview of your PCs technical features and recent software errors.
There is no personal info in it except for the “Machine name” in the second row.
(You might delete the “Machine name” line if you wish too.)

    How to create a DxDiag:

    1. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time to open the Run dialog box.
    2. Copy and paste or type "DxDiag" (Without the quotes) into the new field. > ENTER
    3. Wait until the green bar is gone > Click on "Save all information"
    4. Save the file to your desktop.
    5. Here at EA Forum > Click Replay > Click the paper clip icon at the bottom of the replay Window.
    6. Navigate to the "DxDiag.txt" on your desktop > select the "DxDiag.txt" > click on "Open".
    7. Reply.

The DA2 error is related to a NVIDIA driver ini.

    1.  Follow this manual to the letter to clean uninstall all NVIDIA/AMD driver components.
    2.  Install the graphics driver > Go online.
IMPORTANT: if you use a Pin to log into Windows don't use DDU in safe mode!
Use it in your normal Windows session.
    3. Test.
