Dragon Age Inquisition - Achievement for Dragons' Bane not Completing

I just recent finished playing the game and realized that although the game says that I've finished killing all of the dragons I never got the achievement for doing so. I'd really rather not go back ...

OK this issue STILL Is not fixed.

This is not a short game to complete, so not getting this achievement unlocked after the 3rd play-through is EXTREMELY annoying. I have killed all 10 dragons 3 times and STILL have not got this unlocked. PLEASE FIX this.
