Dragon Age Inquisition - Achievement for Dragons' Bane not Completing

I just recent finished playing the game and realized that although the game says that I've finished killing all of the dragons I never got the achievement for doing so. I'd really rather not go back ...

I have the Xbox one version. I have read that the patch should have fixed this issue but it happened to me tonight. My achievement shows 80% complete but I killed all 10, the last 3 this evening. This is extremely frustrating. The game as a whole got really buggy during the Wicked Eyes quest(had to redo it) and does not seem to be getting better. Are they planning on another patch?
