Dragon Age Inquisition - can't download/find DLC

Hey there,

I last played Dragon Age Inquisition through the Origin app. I bought Dragon Age Inquisition DLC several years ago and I bought every piece of DLC available. I bought it through EA Origin.

I stopped a playthrough during the Jaws of Hakkon questline and stopped playing for a few years. 

With the new Dragon Age game coming out, I wanted to wrap up my DA I game so it can be ready for import to Dragon Age 4. 

However, I can't load my game because it says that I am missing DLC.

Specifically the game says it can't load my save because I am missing the following DLC

1: The Descent
2: The Trespasser
3:The Black Emporium
4: Dragon Age Inquisition - Spoils of the Qunari 

When I try to go to "manage add-ons" I can only see the following DLC

1: Dragon Age Inquisition - Spoils of the Avvar
2: Dragon Age Inquisition - Jaws of Hakkon
3: Dragon Age Inquisition - Destruction Multiplier Expansion

I know for a fact that I bought all the DLC on this specific account. I do not have another EA account. I have memories of playing the Descent and going to the black emporium. 

I even tried to find this DLC on the EA store and I simply can't find it at all. I can't even seem to find the DLC in the EA store.

When I go to "Addons" in the EA store for this game (DA:I) I can only even see "Dragon Age Inquisition  Currency". so I can't even see the DLC in the store (how do people even buy the DLC anymore?)

I uninstalled the entire game, I reinstalled the game, and I selected the "repair" option.

I just really want to play on my old save file for DAI over the weekend.

Any help is appreciated.
