Yes I was not able to play with my son on his xbox based Dragon Age Inquisition Multiplayer to my PC version of the same game.

Let me know if you know of a PC patch to allow this.

Sorry, there is NO cross-platform multi-player for DAI. (And there won't be for ME-Andromeda either.)

Not sure if that's a limitation of the Frostbite game engine, but you can only play with others who are using the same platform.
