Dragon Age: Inquisition - Jaws of Haakon/Trespasser staffs sound bug

Hey guys I'm pretty sure this was not fixed but I'll try my luck here. I'm trying to use staffs from Jaws of Haakon/Trespasser but when I autoattack they don't do sound. Like any of them. It's staff...

@Ar1shok; Do you have any mods installed?  Any at all, even if you don't think they should effect staffs or sounds?

I have not a single one staff mode installed. I do have a number of mods but I tried it with them installed and unistalled no difference at all. Changing directory, repairing the game, updating, clean install nothing works.
